FIB bulletin 103

The new FIB Bulletin 103, "Guide for Strengthening of Concrete Structures" by the International Federation for Structural Concrete has just been published! It is a technical document for the protection, repair, and strengthening techniques upon concrete structures. We are delighted that Christos Giarlelis and Constantinos Repapis were among the authors of this state-of-the-art publication for Ch. 3 "Steel jacketing" and Ch. 10 "Frame encasement (shear walls)" which we hope will be useful for professionals working in the field of Seismic rehabilitation.
