Evlalia Lamprinou presented her work on the time and cost scheduling of a school complex retrofit in a lecture at the graduate program of the School of Civil Engineering of NTUA, today, May 16th, 2018. This referred to a 2-story and 3-story RC school buildings in Argostoli, Cephalonia with earthquake induced cracks as result of the 2014 earthquake sequence. Equidas was assigned by the Greek School Building Authority the project of the structural assessment and strengthening of two school buildings. After this was completed, Evlalia found intriguing to work on the optimal construction sequence in order to minimize the cost and the time needed for the construction.
